4. Pricing and Payments

Fees apply according to the chosen plan. Billing is done monthly or annually, with payment made in advance.

5. Term and Termination

The contract has an indefinite duration and can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. Serious breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
