General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between Salvatore Borsellino ("Provider") and customers regarding GPS devices and tracking services.

2. Contract Object

Provision of telematics services and supply or temporary use of GPS devices and SIM cards.

3. Contract Duration

Standard Plan

No minimum term. Cancellation possible at any time. The SIM card required for GPS data transmission must be provided by the customer, and data usage costs are their responsibility.

Optimo Plan

Minimum term 6 months. SIM card remains property of provider. GPS device not included. You can provide your own compatible device or purchase one of our recommended models.

Ideal Plan

Minimum term 12 months. GPS and SIM remain provider property.

4. Returns and Refunds

Refund up to 50% of original device price after technical inspection. No refund in case of damage or loss.

5. Warranty

Consumers: 24 months statutory warranty.
Businesses: 12 months.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days.

In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
