Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TTDSG).
3. Access Data (Server Log Files)
When visiting our website, technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and operating system are automatically collected. These data are used to ensure technical security and system stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact Form
When using our contact form, we process name, email address, telephone number and your message. Processing is carried out to handle your request in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Customer Platform and Data Processing Agreement
The technical vehicle tracking platform is operated by an external service provider within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
6. Processing of Geolocation Data
Within the scope of the contractually agreed services, vehicle location data is processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For business customers, processing is carried out as data processor. Responsibility under data protection law for any employee monitoring lies with the respective client.
Geolocation data is stored for a maximum period of 90 days for technical system reasons.
7. Mapping Services within the Platform
External mapping services (e.g., Google Maps) may be used within the customer platform. This may involve the transfer of personal data (e.g., IP address) to servers in third countries.
Transfers are carried out on the basis of Art. 45 GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or appropriate safeguards.
8. Cookies
Our public website uses only technically necessary cookies. No web analytics or tracking tools are active.
9. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective processing purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.
10. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
Competent supervisory authority: Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Germany.
12. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the German version shall prevail.
